The small fishing village of Colònia de Sant Pere is located in the Bay of Alcúdia, on the northeast coast of the island of Mallorca. Colònia de Sant Pere has been preserved over time without tourist avalanche until today. A place with only five hundred inhabitants belonging to the municipality of Artà.

The skyline of Colònia de Sant Pere is mostly low, summer residences consisting of up to two stories high as the houses of the residents. The idyllic image of the colony and its relationship with the sea accentuate a unique atmosphere, typically Mediterranean. An interesting alternative is the many trails through the village that lead to neighboring districts.

The village has a nice little beach surrounded by a promenade. To the delight of children, the beach has a breakwater to enjoy sea favors sheltered from the wind and waves.

At night the promenade offers the possibility of a fine dining experience either in their Restaurants or Bars. For those people who want to play sports, they have at their disposal different beautiful golf courses.

As well as water sports, hiking, biking (either mountain or road), jogging or other activities that can be performed at the sports center of the village.
